Crane Style Qigong
Sally Laux, instructor

Crane Style Qigong is based on the work of Dr. Heming Pan.  It is a series of 5 sets or forms done sequentially.  It is believed to act in regulating and nourishing one's health.  The Crane is a kind of long lived bird that is good at flying and has a graceful posture.  It loves quiescence and does not like to contend and quarrel.  It has a gentle disposition.  The principles of the Crane Style Qigong are to imitate the Crane's walking and flying movements, and to train one's posture and disposition.  Its motions are simple and easy to practice.
