Classes and Private Instruction
Weekly Classes in Lewes, Delaware
We offer a variety of classes in Yoga,Tai Chi, Qigong and other holistic wellness practices. All classes are held in the Wellness Studio at Quakertown Integrative Healthcare Center, 1307 Savannah Road in Lewes. Classes are ongoing, and you can begin at any time. Drop-ins are always welcome!

Our primary style of Yoga is referred to as Svadhyaya Yoga™ and embraces therapeutic application of classical principles set forth in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We also offer a vigorous, energizing Ashtanga Yoga.
We offer therapeutic, health-wise Tai Chi and Qigong classes as well.
We are pleased to introduce a new combination program called TaiYoQi™ to bring a synthesis of Tai chi, Qigong and Yoga.
Our classes are small, and we specialize in individualized instruction to meet the particular needs of each student in the class. All Silver Lotus instructors have specialized trainingin the therapeutic aspects of each healing modality, and all of our Yoga teachers are registered with the Yoga Alliance.
We welcome ALL people, including those with physical problems and different abilities.
Class Fees: General class fees are $10-15 per class. Contact the instructor for more information on specific fees for that class and payment plans. Packages available.
Register with your teacher at the first class of the session - prepaid classes are not interchangeable among teachers. You may begin classes at any time. Make up classes to be scheduled with your teacher.

Individual & Private Group Instruction
We can provide insructors for customized private or group classes.
Introducing our “CONCIERGE service!” - If you have a group of family or friends or husband, wife, life partner who would like to participate in healing energy services together, let us know. We will provide a teacher or therapist………..in your home or ours.
